2. Services Provided
Total Plumbing provides professional plumbing installation, pipe repair, fire fighting systems, water tank installation, drainage solutions, and annual maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and our service area.
3. Service Requests and Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary depending on on-site inspection and actual work required. We reserve the right to adjust quotes based on actual conditions found during service delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved credit terms for corporate clients. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.
5. Warranty and Liability
Total Plumbing warrants all workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service provided.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency call-out fees apply for non-emergency services requested as urgent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Total Plumbing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
